•Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives while monitoring KPIs.

•Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
•Support virtual shopping and clienteling, including customer data acquisition and using social media trends to enhance the customer experience.
•Oversee operational excellence including compliance, scheduling, payroll/HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising, store safety, and vendor relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 40,000 - 60,000 annually
