Senior Manager - Project Development

Lead end-to-end real estate development projects and the development pipeline for Dubai Holding Real Estate. Review design submissions for technical/commercial compliance, run value engineering, and manage feasibility studies, master planning, procurement, consultant/contractor appointments, and execution. Oversee project and portfolio risk identification, manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and maintain governance and regulatory compliance while keeping senior management informed of critical changes.
