Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line customer support for post-silicon field issues, working alongside or behind Application Engineering.
  • •Reproduce, debug, root-cause, and resolve field issues on shipping products and deliver timely technical responses.
  • •Design, implement, and verify firmware features for post-silicon products in coordination with customers and the PCIe group.
  • •Participate in feature implementation/verification, complex post-silicon debug, and release convergence for official releases.
  • •Collaborate across PCIe firmware, software, architecture, and QA teams to improve automation processes and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in firmware design and development.
  • •Strong low-level C and embedded fundamentals.
  • •Strong debugging skills to drive complex post-silicon/embedded issues to root cause.
  • •Customer-facing communication in fluent Mandarin and professional English.
