Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar curriculum with 8 years of construction superintendent experience; alternatively AA/AS with 10 years, or HSD/GED with 12 years (or equivalent).
  • •8+ years as a Superintendent with experience in interior renovations, tenant improvement projects, and general commercial construction.
  • •Experience managing field operations in Los Angeles County, including local inspection and permitting familiarity.
  • •Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
