Key Responsibilities

•Design, execute, and optimize experiments across paid marketing channels, leveraging data-driven methodologies to increase ROAS.
•Continuously refine experimentation frameworks to identify growth opportunities and enhance performance.
•Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
•Integrate and analyse data from diverse internal and external sources to uncover acquisition, retention, and optimization opportunities for paid marketing channels.
•Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in a data role, preferably in an internet company.
•Expert in SQL; BigQuery experience is a plus.

•Degree educated; a quantitative field is considered a bonus.
•Advanced Excel knowledge; excellent written and verbal English communication.
