Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a control point for IM&T and/or FTIS, ensuring all requirements for account opening and maintenance requests are met prior to establishing or changing account coding.
  • •Complete pre-opening account risk reviews; set up IM&T/FTIS accounts and associated individuals/entities; review ongoing maintenance and account change requests.
  • •Comprehend and facilitate the rationale of detailed W&AM policies and procedures; maintain knowledge of standard account types and requirements.
  • •Act as a key contact for understanding account setup requirements, CIP and due diligence requirements, required approvals, fee structures, and system coding.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with business partners, independently handle more complex issues, escalate errors promptly, and execute work within service standards and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of financial services experience, preferably with exposure to trust or institutional operations, private banking, or customer service.
  • •Four-year college degree preferred; majors in Accounting, Finance, or Economics desired.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with limited supervision.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective customer relations and relationship-building across functional areas.
