Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead scheduling for project/program baselines, ensuring adherence to established methodology and integration with cost and risk planning.
  • •Develop project milestones, progress tracking baselines, and schedule contingency plans; manage schedule updates and reporting for work packages.
  • •Assess subcontractor scheduling compliance and analyze schedule data to identify trends and risks; communicate findings to project leadership.
  • •Coach and mentor the planning team to improve scheduling capabilities and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with clients and project teams to optimize resource use and ensure timely completion within budget and time constraints

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a scheduling role in the construction industry
  • •Experience in complex, fast paced, multi-stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques; experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above and Microsoft Project
