  • •Define project and program objectives for assigned areas and complete preliminary activities such as outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
  • •Ensure projects and programs are completed per predetermined requirements, with attention to specifications, costs, resource utilization, and schedule.
  • •Document project/program/process development phases and share required information with other functional areas as appropriate.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies related to engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety, and manage material and financial resource utilization effectively.
  • •Collaborate with other staff to maximize productivity, and spearhead R&D of new technologies as appropriate while incorporating and disseminating new processes or methodologies.
