Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and execute equitable base salary and short- and long-term compensation programs.
  • •Partner with business leaders to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to strengthen program linkage to results.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to HR Business Partners and business leadership on compensation matters.
  • •Perform statistical modeling, costing, and market pricing/benchmarking to support internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • •Direct compensation program execution, including pay structure, merit, salary adjustments, promotions, incentive administration, and compensation committee materials support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Business, Human Resources, or related preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in employee and executive compensation, preferably in oil and gas.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of how compensation connects to business strategies.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate compensation data.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, Payfactors, and HRIS systems.
