Compensation Manager

Design, implement, and administer compensation programs that support business objectives, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance. Own market analysis, salary structures, incentive and long-term compensation programs, and compensation frameworks including job architecture. Serve as a subject matter expert to HR partners and business leaders, performing statistical modeling and costings to guide reward distribution, while overseeing compensation technology platforms and vendor support.
