Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize scheduling automation, real-time manufacturing decision-support reporting, and line management analytics (output, cycle time, cost).
  • •Develop applications and analytical tools to improve production metrics and deliver pre- and post-metrics for OI enhancements and changes.
  • •Lead improvement efforts and projects, including continuous improvement and cycle time reduction initiatives, and plan tasks to meet needed dates.
  • •Analyze AMHS layout and improve AMHS operation efficiency by optimizing tool-to-tool delivery times and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • •Follow the OI testing cycle (DEV/BETA/PROD) for new software releases and support OI systems when on call.
