Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a small IT team by setting priorities, coaching, and driving continuous improvement.
  • •Run day-to-day IT operations and stay hands-on with employee support using Jira to troubleshoot and resolve requests.
  • •Own key software platforms and the IT environment to ensure systems are reliable, well-managed, and scalable.
  • •Lead IT projects that improve workflows and employee experience, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • •Partner with Security, Development, and business leaders to evaluate, standardize, and drive adoption of technology, including building AI tooling resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading and developing an IT team with coaching and regular feedback.
  • •Hands-on IT expertise in a fast-moving SaaS environment, including supporting Mac environments and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • •Experience administering SaaS applications, managing user access, and supporting identity and access management (e.g., Okta).
  • •Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
