Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day implementation of the IMPLEMENT Study, working with the Study Coordinator, Project Manager, and study team.
  • •Facilitate FGDs and IDIs and provide qualitative data translation, transcription, and coding.
  • •Conduct caregiver surveys and support monthly Quality Improvement (QI) activities.
  • •Support neurodevelopmental assessments conducted by government clinics, as required.
  • •Provide research and operational support to other RISE consortium studies (BONDS, IMAGE, and Dissemination and Engagement) per protocols and SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Health Sciences, Social Science, Public Health or Psychology.
  • •2 years experience in a health research environment.
  • •Experience using electronic data capturing systems.
  • •Experience in community-based research, participant tracing, or home visits is an advantage.
  • •Good command of English and Setswana languages.
