Inbound Outbound Supervisor

Lead day-to-day inbound receiving and outbound dispatch operations in a Distribution Centre, supervising a team of warehouse operatives to hit shift KPIs. Ensure stock is handled accurately, safely, and in line with food safety and quality standards through inspections and audits. Coach and develop team members, improve processes with cross-department partners, maintain operational records, and drive H&S and SOP compliance (including BRCGS/ISO).
