Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project/programme stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion; proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, objectives, cost control, and value engineering.
  • •Manage contract change, support governance/best practice, drive forecast and budget improvements, and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost/commercial management experience.
  • •Preferably MRICS.
  • •Experience with NEC3 contracts, in particular Option C – Target Cost.
  • •Experience in post-contract administration and major programmes/projects.
  • •Experience in leading and managing teams, ideally on infrastructure projects (rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways).
