Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and support transition and knowledge transfer from the incumbent support provider, including validating processes, configurations, integrations, and support documentation.
  • •Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Kronos/UKG Workforce Management, resolving production issues within SLA targets.
  • •Support payroll processing and workforce operations such as timecard validation, scheduling issues, accruals, and workforce policy configurations.
  • •Coordinate with technical teams, HR, Payroll, and business users on complex issues and participate in incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • •Participate in operational governance (daily/weekly/monthly/QBR) and drive enhancements through functional specifications, testing (SIT/UAT/regression), and automation/process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years supporting Kronos Workforce Management solutions, including Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules.
  • •Experience providing production support for payroll integrations, workforce compliance, and incident/problem management.
  • •Knowledge of ITIL-based AMS support processes (incident, problem, change, knowledge, service request, release).
  • •Ability to analyze recurring incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA) with preventive action plans.
  • •Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week in Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad, with flexibility for business-critical activities outside regular hours.
