Universal Banker - Part Time 20hrs - Moores Mill

Provide timely, accurate completion of client banking transactions while delivering a consistently great customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service tools such as ATMs and online/mobile banking. Support the sales process through outbound outreach, identifying needs and referring opportunities to the right branch team members. Play an active role in Integrated Relationship Management and uphold internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures. Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
