Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical design across the US portfolio, including utility interface/substation, medium-/high-voltage infrastructure, generators, UPS, switchgear, transformers, and grounding systems.
  • •Develop and maintain electrical basis of design, reference architectures, and specifications for critical power distribution (switchgear, UPS, PDUs, busway, rack power delivery).
  • •Perform and validate engineering studies (short-circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, load flow, power quality) and use results to guide topology, redundancy, and equipment selection.
  • •Review data center drawings and plan DC hall layouts for allocated spaces, including rack positioning, structured cabling, and coordination with cooling design.
  • •Drive prefabrication/modular electrical strategy (modular skids, e-houses, prefabricated power assemblies) and coordinate utilities/agency requirements; support delivery, construction, and commissioning while traveling to sites as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of electrical engineering experience in mission-critical facilities, including data center electrical distribution design across concept through handover.
  • •Deep familiarity with US electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, IEEE arc flash standards, UL/ANSI switchgear standards) and local utility/regulatory requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience designing prefabricated and modular data center electrical infrastructure (e.g., modular skids/e-houses and onsite assembly coordination).
  • •Ability to produce/review electrical construction documents (single-line diagrams, equipment specifications) and interpret data center schematics and technical layouts.
  • •Comfort running or critically reviewing power systems studies in tools such as SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower.
