Job Summary

Support Akamai’s Pre-Sales team by assisting with technical research, solution validation, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities. Help develop internal productivity tools using AI and automation, and contribute to technical presentations when needed. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and emerging AI solutions, while building both technical and customer-facing pre-sales confidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the presales team with technical research, solution validation, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and internal productivity tool development using AI and automation.

•Contribute to cybersecurity and cloud technology initiatives across a broad technology range.
•Build relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales activities (with minimal customer-facing engagement).
