Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of backend software engineering experience building high-availability, low-latency distributed systems in production.
  • •Design systems where financial correctness is non-negotiable (e.g., order management, settlement, clearing, or ledger systems).
  • •Lead complex, multi-quarter technical projects as the senior technical decision-maker, including architecture design and trade-off analysis.
