Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee employee compensation by implementing compensation changes, supporting local compensation programs, communicating wage increases, and handling workers’ compensation claims.
  • •Ensure compliance with employment law and HR compliance regulations, including annual harassment and workplace violence training and serving as a point of contact for compliance training topics.
  • •Oversee plant talent management in collaboration with COEs, plant leadership, and the Field HR Manager, including coaching for performance improvement plans and advising on counseling and discipline.
  • •Lead employee relations, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion activities, including investigating issues and reviewing disciplinary background investigations.
  • •Support plant recruiting and onboarding, act as an HR business partner using HR systems (Workday, SIMON/ServiceNow), and in union locations manage union relationships, contract administration, and participation in mediation/grievances/negotiation support.
