Job Summary

Shape the next generation of HyperX gaming and lifestyle products from early concept through production. Lead industrial design efforts, develop and visualize product ideas using sketching, CAD, and 2D/3D renderings, and conduct research on ergonomics, CMF, and usability. Build and iterate prototypes, document design intent, collaborate cross-functionally to preserve it through manufacturing, and mentor other designers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead industrial design efforts from early exploration through production for gaming and lifestyle products.
•Develop and visualize product concepts using sketching, CAD, and high-quality 2D/3D renderings.
•Conduct design research including trend analysis, CMF exploration, ergonomic studies, and usability evaluation.
•Build and iterate physical prototypes to validate form, comfort, and usability.
•Collaborate with engineering, UX, product management, marketing, and manufacturing to preserve design intent and document CAD/CMF specs and rationale.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional industrial design experience, ideally in consumer electronics or gaming.
•A strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership with shipped products.
•Advanced skills in sketching, 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Creo or similar), and rendering (KeyShot or equivalent).
•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, DFM/DFA, and CMF implementation.
•Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, compelling, and manufacturable design solutions.
