Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support two experienced team members based in Trezzano.
  • •Oversee monthly close activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and related accounts.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal control standards, FICAP requirements, and statutory reporting timetables.
  • •Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and coordinate statutory financial statements and audit file preparation.
  • •Manage statutory audits and statutory filings, support tax processes (including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing), and prepare US GAAP tax provisions using OneSource.

Salary: EUR 44,000 - 63,560 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • •Strong experience with financial and tax systems such as Oracle and OneSource.
  • •Good knowledge of Italian GAAP and US GAAP.
  • •Proven leadership capability and ability to operate as a collaborative team player and trusted business partner.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
