Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary legal advisor for Mercury Treasury and Mercury Invest across the full investment products lifecycle.
  • •Advise on new feature development, draft disclosures, and calibrate content for marketing and customer communications.
  • •Partner with compliance to interpret regulatory requirements, pressure-test approaches, and support FINRA/SEC examination readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional communication skills tailored to regulatory and cross-functional audiences.
  • •A proactive sense of ownership and ability to treat ambiguity as an invitation to act.
  • •Working knowledge of AI use cases in legal roles and genuine interest in using AI to drive efficiency.
