Automotive Repair Supervisor

Lead the Build team within a Carvana Inspection Center by managing and developing hourly associates responsible for automotive repairs and part installations. Oversee safe car movement in and out for repairs, review and approve mechanical/physical defects, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and vehicle quality. Train teams using Quality Control standards and drive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production and quality goals while maintaining a safe, ethical shop environment.
