Key Responsibilities

•Oversee regional risk operations analysts to drive calibrated decisions for detection, investigation, and risk mitigation.
•Migrate traditional investigation workflows into LLM-driven automation to improve precision and operational efficiency.
•Partner with regional commercial and operations teams to identify risks and co-develop solutions that enable safe growth.
•Own regional risk metrics and performance, using advanced analysis to investigate edge cases and identify drivers behind on-call and appeal outcomes.
•Serve as the escalation point for high-impact fraud incidents, high-priority appeals, and regulatory requests; evolve LLM & model QA with RLHF and root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in fraud operations, risk control, or Trust & Safety, including 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
•Balance business enablement with risk control and advise stakeholders as a strategic consultant.
•Understand the lifecycle of machine learning/LLMs, including RLHF, model tuning, or automated QA workflows.
•Demonstrate a strong investigative mindset to navigate complex data and identify the “why” behind results.
•Translate technical model performance into clear business impact for leadership.
