Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end localization workflow for AV marketing assets, including graphics adaptation, conform, dubbing, subtitling, QC, and versioning across multiple content types and campaigns.
  • •Lead localization strategy decisions for APAC priority titles and complex or new-format projects, proactively anticipating risks and issues.
  • •Maintain quality control across languages and formats by verifying technical specs, brand and ratings compliance, cultural accuracy, and creative intent.
  • •Source, onboard, and manage external localization, VFX, and 3D vendors, including capacity planning, timelines, budgets, statements of work, and best-practice guidance.
  • •Partner with regional marketing and content localization teams to gather context and secure materials, and collaborate with engineering/program management to improve localization tooling and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in AV or video localization, post-production, or marketing production, ideally in entertainment, streaming, or a creative agency environment.
  • •Hands-on expertise with motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Templater, and Annotation Edit.
  • •Proven experience managing external vendors, budgets, and statements of work while meeting tight deadlines.
  • •Strong understanding of subtitling, dubbing, and graphics localization workflows, technical specifications, and QC across multiple languages.
  • •Strong project management skills and a self-starter mindset with cultural fluency and attention to regional, legal, and creative nuances.
