Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to construction crews and field managers as requested.
•Oversee project survey operations and prepare geodetic surveys for construction, topographic, right-of-way, and control survey projects.
•Set up, adjust, and operate survey equipment (including Trimble total station, data collector, and GPS) to measure distances, elevations, and angles.
•Conduct construction staking and locate/establish control, right-of-way, monuments, corners, boundaries, and property lines.
•Schedule workloads and track employee hours, survey costs, data records, and mapping compliance/completed reports.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•5 years of site modeling experience preferred.
•Previous construction experience and 3D modeling experience preferred.

•Strict adherence to safety requirements (including OSHA/MSHA) and willingness to work nights/weekends, travel, and work away from home when required.
