Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruiting process.
  • •Handle high-volume candidate management while maintaining detailed organization and effective communication.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and business group/organization leads to understand unique talent needs.
  • •Work cross-functionally with a team of recruiters and support strategic initiatives and hiring strategy.
  • •Source candidates using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and innovative sourcing techniques; track candidate data in real time and provide status updates using recruiting data.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting (or a combination).

  • •At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting (preferred).
  • •Strong candidate management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates.
