Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI in support of civil and criminal litigation, including FOIA and Congressional requests.
  • •Provide criminal discovery support and perform eDiscovery collections on criminal cases.
  • •Serve as the expert technical user for electronic discovery applications (Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas).
  • •Develop discovery plans and administer eDiscovery review platform inputs, including case setup, access rights, deduplication, data gap identification, and production quality via Bates numbering.
