Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage complex infrastructure and transport advisory projects, integrating strategy, policy, commercial, technical, and delivery perspectives.
  • •Establish and maintain credibility with senior government and private-sector executives; drive early engagement to shape investment priorities and tailored advisory strategies.
  • •Cultivate and expand relationships with transport agencies, infrastructure owners, ports, aviation clients, government departments, major developers, and private investors.
  • •Provide expert guidance for infrastructure investment decisions, including business cases, strategic planning, asset management, network optimization, asset relicensing, and resilience initiatives.
  • •Build, lead, and mentor an advisory team; drive business development through proposal development and strategic presentations, and support thought leadership via white papers and case studies.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven senior advisory leadership experience in infrastructure and transport, with deep knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory environments.
  • •Strong background supporting infrastructure investment decisions, including business cases, strategic planning, asset management, and network optimization.
  • •Established relationships with key transport stakeholders, including transport agencies, government departments, and private sector clients.
  • •Ability to integrate multidisciplinary expertise across planning, engineering, digital solutions, sustainability, and program delivery to develop holistic solutions.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
