Key Responsibilities

•Drive the execution of regional EHS strategies for safe, sustainable, high-performing datacenter operations.
•Lead regulatory compliance programs, including audits, inspections, and incident investigations aligned to global and local standards.
•Partner with vendors and colocation providers to strengthen EHS governance, risk controls, and operational readiness.
•Champion a proactive safety culture via training, leadership engagement, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
•Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and support continuous improvement across the region.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive EHS experience in data center, hyperscale, or colocation environments with regional/global scope.
•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
•Experience managing EHS programs through third-party vendors and partner ecosystems.
•Certified in First Aid/CPR/AED (or equivalent such as BLS/ALS).
•Strong knowledge of OSHA 29/30, ANSI, ASME, NFPA, DOT, Clean Water Act, and RCRA requirements; familiarity with FEMA ICS and NIMS (ICS 100 and NIMS 700).
