Job Summary

Own daily operations and maintenance of enterprise network security environments across multiple customer infrastructures. Manage and troubleshoot firewalls and routing/switching, supporting Palo Alto, Prisma (Prisma Access/GlobalProtect/Prisma SASE), Cisco, and F5. Act as an SME for escalations, perform advanced packet-capture/log/debug troubleshooting, write reporting queries, run health checks, handle change management, and respond to security incidents while maintaining SLAs and ITIL-aligned documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily operational support and maintenance for firewall, Prisma, F5, and routing/switching environments across multiple customer infrastructures.
•Independently troubleshoot firewall and network traffic issues, using packet captures, logs, and debugs.
•Act as an SME for advanced technical escalation support to L2/L3 engineers.
•Perform system maintenance including upgrades, patching, and configuration updates; run weekly/monthly health checks.
•Support incident detection, investigation, and response; manage customer tickets and ensure resolution/closure in line with SLAs and documentation needs.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of hands-on experience in network and security administration, including at least 5 years in network/security administration.
•Extensive experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Prisma Access/Prisma SASE, plus Cisco routing and switching and F5.
•Strong routing protocol expertise, including EIGRP and BGP, and hands-on switching experience.
•CCIE (Routing & Switching) and PCNSE certification.
•Ability to analyze complex issues and design scalable network security solutions, with strong independent execution in remote support contexts.
