Key Responsibilities

  • •Support defining technical product roadmaps and managing project timelines in an IT environment.
  • •Contribute to managing product backlogs and agile sprints to support delivery.
  • •Help translate business and customer needs into user stories, workflows, and user journeys (as applicable).
  • •Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT project execution to support successful delivery.
  • •Provide regular status updates and support reporting on project performance using data analysis or reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be available during summer 2027 for a 12-week internship from mid/late May through early August.
  • •Be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience applying project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to IT projects.
  • •Have familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and/or Asana.
  • •Have experience in data analysis or reporting to track project performance and effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
