Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall technical health, stability, performance, and scalability of the Workday platform including governance of Workday security and integrations architecture
  • •Establish and maintain operational support processes, SLAs, monitoring standards, and incident management procedures
  • •Lead root cause analysis and remediation for critical production issues and integration failures
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency
  • •Manage technical debt and platform optimization opportunities across the People Technology landscape

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of enterprise technology experience, including 7+ years in hands-on Workday technical roles
  • •Strong Workday Security, Workday Integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, PECI/PICOF, APIs), and Workday Architecture expertise
  • •Experience supporting enterprise people ecosystems and third-party vendor integrations
  • •Knowledge of security governance, audit controls, and compliance frameworks
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field
