Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design: collaborate with engineers and agent PMs to deeply understand problems, explore solutions, execute, ship, and iterate with accountability for outcomes.
  • •Embrace innovation by pairing with AI to stress-test edge cases and build high-leverage design systems using AI.
  • •Talk to customers, run experiments, and quickly obtain information with speed and precision to inform design decisions.
  • •Prototype initial designs with Cursor/Claude and refine the craft in Figma; think in terms of code-prototype-validate-polish.
  • •Build and maintain a flexible design system to ensure efficiency, visual cohesion, and smooth engineering integration.
