Founding ML/Data Product Lead

Own the roadmap for a data and ML product pillar, turning Orum’s massive outbound call dataset into predictive analytics, agentic coaching, and highly targeted lead lists. Prototype models on messy behavioral data, translate data signals into user-facing product features, and identify new data-driven opportunities. Partner closely with engineering to take ideas into production and generate insights that inform other product roadmaps.
