Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead installation of electrical systems that interconnect solar arrays to the customer’s residential grid.
  • •Ensure electrical work is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes.
  • •Complete assigned solar battery installations and safely plan and perform main panel upgrades (MPU).
  • •Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
  • •Work with branch teams, homeowners, and local inspectors to support upgrades/repairs as required.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 31.94 - 46.59 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical installation and repair experience.
  • •Experience wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
  • •Must possess a valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent per local/state requirements).
  • •Ability to maintain a clean driving record and pass a driving background check.
  • •Safety and customer focus.
