Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure tenants adhere to industry standards, government regulations, Al-Futtaim policies, lease requirements, and the Tenant Manual.
  • •Improve operational systems and processes to strengthen tenant compliance, service delivery, and overall retail standards.
  • •Serve as the key point of contact between the mall and tenants, managing expectations and providing practical solutions to support commercial performance.
  • •Monitor tenant sales performance, footfall, and commercial trends; prepare reports and analysis to identify revenue-maximizing opportunities.
  • •Drive customer experience initiatives by gathering feedback, implementing improvements, managing related projects, and aligning strategies with the mall’s vision (including technology-driven solutions).

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in retail operations and tenant management, acting as the key liaison between the mall and tenants, with exposure to retail standards and customer experience.
  • •Proven experience managing footfall and sales performance, including budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and initiatives that improve tenant performance and satisfaction.
  • •Strong retail operations and sales background with knowledge of retail best practices, tenant management, customer experience, commercial performance, and project management.
  • •Consulting, analytical, collaborative problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, preferably specializing in Retail and Sales.
