Staff Product Manager

Own Fyxer’s most important product bets end-to-end, from ambiguous problem space to shipped outcomes. Lead hands-on discovery—using interviews, prototypes, experiments, and measurement—to translate qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction. Partner directly with engineers, founders, and senior leadership to set success metrics, decide when there’s enough signal to build, and embed learning loops that improve how the team operates.
