Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the project team to develop, upgrade, and maintain HVAC products.
  • •Create detailed 3D design/2D drawings and BOMs for new product concepts and technical selections.
  • •Support prototype build, technical validation, and tracking/organizing test results.
  • •Improve design solutions based on prototype and test feedback.
  • •Handle engineering design changes, update drawings and technical documents, and support continuous cost/reliability/energy-efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • •Interest in mechanical structural design, machining, and assembly, with strong learning drive and curiosity.
  • •Solid foundation in mechanical drafting/design and manufacturing/processing knowledge.
  • •Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; ability to communicate and read English technical materials (CET6 preferred).
  • •Proficiency with at least one mainstream 3D design software (Creo experience preferred), plus basics in tolerance and mechanics analysis.
