Key Responsibilities

•Define and communicate technical direction for the team based on high-value operational problems from business partners.
•Lead BusApps beyond Salesforce-centered delivery to a broader internal platform for business workflows, including AI-enabled workflows.
•Transform local prototypes and agent experiments into production capabilities used by business teams with safe adoption.
•Own the operating model for administrators, developers, and engineers as the org expands its scope.
•Set priorities to sustain critical business work while enabling durable platform investments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 263,500 - 341,000 annually

•Significant engineering leadership experience, including managing managers or senior technical leaders.
•Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear technical strategy, durable roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
•Strong technical judgment for internal platforms that need to connect business workflows safely across multiple systems of record.
•Experience leading internal platform or business applications teams that connect business workflows across systems of record.
•Track record building high-performing teams through org design, role clarity, and leadership development.
