Job Summary

Provide end-to-end technical expertise for compressor solutions, supporting pre-sales application engineering and after-sales installation/commissioning. Analyze customer requirements, recommend optimized compressed air system designs, and deliver proposals including P&ID and layout drawings. Conduct performance calculations, energy-efficiency analysis, audits, and training to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and drive customer satisfaction and growth. Partner with sales, product, and service teams across Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer requirements (flow, pressure, air quality, energy) and recommend optimal compressor solutions.
•Design compressed air systems (compressors, dryers, filters, piping) and perform performance calculations, energy efficiency analysis, and system sizing.
•Prepare technical proposals, P&ID, layout drawings, and solution presentations; support sales with technical discussions, site visits, and tendering.
•Execute installation, commissioning, and start-up of compressor systems; provide technical support and training to customers.
•Monitor system performance, identify energy-saving opportunities, recommend upgrades/retrofits/service contracts, and ensure proper documentation and service reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
•3–7 years of experience with air compressors, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
•Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and compressed air systems, including system design and CAD drawing.
•Customer-facing, problem-solving mindset.
•Willing to travel for site work.
