  • •Lead global product compliance strategy and execution across PCs, Print & Supplies, and Software/Solutions with strong prioritization.
  • •Manage a global team to build scalable systems that monitor, interpret, report, and identify risks for evolving regulations.
  • •Develop and govern compliance risk management frameworks, standards of procedure, incident response, and escalation protocols.
  • •Guide cross-functional teams to design and embed compliance processes into product lifecycles.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years leading global product compliance, regulatory affairs, or product stewardship.
  • •Strong experience in PC compliance; preferred experience in Print, Chemicals, or Software/Solutions.
  • •Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and enforcement trends across key regions (EU, US, China, LATAM).
  • •Experience working across multiple product domains and leading multidisciplinary teams in matrixed environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, regulatory, or legal academic background preferred.
