Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the accountable 2LOD Risk Manager for Invest, maintaining an enterprise-wide view of risk themes and control effectiveness.
  • •Advise senior business leaders on risk implications of strategic decisions, product expansion, operational changes, and emerging risks.
  • •Represent Independent Risk Management in executive forums and present risk assessments and recommendations to senior committees, executive leadership, and Board-level governance forums as appropriate.
  • •Oversee aggregate portfolio risk trends across operational, fraud, third-party, technology & platform, product, credit, and model risks.
  • •Identify emerging risk trends, drive root-cause analysis and remediation, and partner with Compliance, AML, Enterprise Risk, and business units to optimize risk appetite and tolerance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, enterprise risk, product risk, audit, compliance, or related control functions.
  • •Experience supporting brokerage, investment advisory, wealth management, digital investing, and/or securities businesses.
  • •Experience providing independent oversight and credible challenge to senior business leaders.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional risk assessments and governance processes for complex financial services businesses.
  • •Experience interacting directly with regulators, executive management, and Board committees.
