Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage and coordinate new business and renewals, including submissions, quotations/options, and ensuring coverage is bound prior to effective dates.
  • •Clear coverage subjectivities and contingencies and ensure policy documentation accurately reflects agreed coverages and terms.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of construction-related Property and Casualty experience, with emphasis on liability coverage.
  • •Must have and maintain an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • •CPCU, ARM, ARe, or CRIS designations desired.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent assignments and meet competing deadlines.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, including formulas and pivot tables) and document/reporting software (Word, Acrobat, Outlook, OneNote, Teams).
