Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion.
  • •Review incoming mail and email, prioritize and summarize content, and process replies on initiative or executives’ directives.
  • •Compose, draft, proof, edit, and finalize correspondence and other documents.
  • •Handle planning logistics for domestic and international trips, including itineraries and expense reports.
  • •Manage and monitor executives’ calendars, schedule meetings and executive events, reserve space, and coordinate required materials and hospitality services as needed.

Salary: USD 65,000 - 120,000 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant and a college degree.
  • •Previous experience within asset management, private wealth management, or investment banking at a top-tier financial institution.
  • •Demonstrated ability managing complex calendars supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including producing/editing spreadsheets and presentations.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and diplomatic communication skills with strong attention to detail and judgment.
