Deliver on-brand classroom and group training for a Canadian banking portfolio, using adult learning principles to teach technical and soft skills to new and existing employees. Prepare training materials and facilities, run sessions for small cohorts, and follow required curricula and operational processes. Use standardized evaluations to measure training impact and share insights with stakeholders. Coach trainees in the classroom and as they transition into production, supporting performance goals and resolving training-environment issues.
