Support LIVE Operations by executing a strategy to mobilize emerging creators in Spain. •Collaborate with the Strategy team to create and deploy a plan to mobilize emerging creators in Spain to meet revenue and growth targets.
•Implement country and regional strategy actions across different creator layers, monitor revenue growth, and hit monthly targets.
•Monitor and maintain the data structure used to track and segment creator layers.
•Coordinate creation and deployment of video ads and plan/write copy for in-app push notifications to increase Go LIVE rate and monetization.
•Implement the educational plan (text, video, webinar, email), manage the Emerging Creators Community, and launch Emerging Campaigns (Competitions) with rewards.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of working experience in Strategy/Growth/Education/Creator Management roles.
•Strong project management and organization skills to manage multiple creator programs.
•Comfortable reading and manipulating data daily, generating hypotheses from data, and iterating approaches.
•Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment while balancing multiple tasks.
•Excellent communication skills; English and Spanish are required.
