Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements from kickoff through successful go-live, acting as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for your migration pod. Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals to business outcomes, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and drive focused delivery plans. Serve as a Tableau Cloud and broader Salesforce domain expert, using AI-assisted tools and automation playbooks for discovery, data mapping, and incident response while feeding field insights back to Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements, owning technical delivery, project health, and go-live outcomes.
•Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with customers’ broader strategy, renewal, and expansion objectives.
•Develop and execute delivery plans and facilitate enablement/alignment sessions for platform transitions.
•Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion.
•Serve as a Tableau Cloud/Salesforce domain subject matter expert and act as technical point of contact during major migration incidents.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting focused on large-scale platform migrations.
•Hands-on domain expertise in one or more: Marketing Cloud (Engagement/Intelligence), Data 360 (Data Cloud), Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau.
•Ability to drive business value and facilitate technical discussions with complex stakeholders.
•Translate complex technical architectures into business-friendly language and guide customers through data transformations.
•Proven experience working with global/offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC) to accelerate delivery.
