Job Summary

Lead Cloudflare’s Enterprise AI and Digital Natives segment in the SF Bay Area, owning regional revenue targets across new logo acquisition and strategic expansion. Build, recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing field sales team while serving as a trusted advisor to CTOs and engineering leaders. Partner with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Field Marketing to execute go-to-market strategy and personally close complex deals for high-growth accounts using Cloudflare’s AI and infrastructure portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and exceed regional revenue targets for new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion in the SF Bay Area Digital Native ecosystem.
•Recruit, coach, and develop a field sales team and instill a high-tempo culture tailored to technical buyers and engineering leaders.
•Advise CTOs and engineering leaders on setting up modern, secure network architectures and AI platforms using Workers AI and R2 storage.
•Articulate Cloudflare’s value proposition across Workers AI, R2 storage, advanced network security, and developer platforms.
•Partner with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Field Marketing to design and execute regional go-to-market strategies and help close complex deals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 415,000 - 496,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of direct B2B sales experience, with 5+ years leading high-performing teams in Digital Native and AI-native markets.
•Proven ability to lead field sales organizations through complex, technical sales cycles with hyper-growth startups and disruptive tech giants.
•Proven track record mentoring teams in value selling to C-suite leaders, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering, in IaaS, computer networking, or developer platform spaces.
•Deep understanding of modern application architecture, serverless computing, network security services, and how AI companies use compute, data storage, and edge infrastructure.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, including driving pipeline health and mentoring teams in fast-paced environments.
